If ever there was a day when the Wedding Gods were shining down on a bride, it was this day in particular. It had been pouring rain for days before the wedding, and with an amazing layout of events across the property Sarah refused to back down.
From the ceremony in the gorgeous Bamboo Cathedral, to the cocktails and canapes on the lawns throughout the sprawling gardens to the final destination of the marquee for the sit down dinner and end of night festivities, there wasn’t much in place for wet weather planning.
It all came good on the day and it just proved to be an amazing outcome for both the bride and groom and for us as well. We did have a bit of fun spinning the Gator around the property with set ups and breakdowns. There was the welcome drinks pre ceremony, the mezze, canapés and cocktail hour, then the sit down feasting degustation, and wait for it…. a tower of Sticky Date Pudding Cupcakes with all the fixings for dessert.
